MenuHub

Terms of Service

Last updated 9 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of MenuHub for the use of the MenuHub website, dashboard, POS, kitchen screen and guest menu. By creating an account or using MenuHub you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

  • Operator: [Company legal name]
  • Registered address: [Registered address, Qatar]
  • Commercial registration number: [CR number]
  • Contact email: [Contact email]

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract, and you must have authority to act for the restaurant you register. Give accurate details and keep them up to date.

You are responsible for everything done under your account and for your staff accounts. Keep passwords and PINs private and tell us quickly if you think an account has been misused.

2. Subscriptions and free trial

New accounts start with a free trial of the Pro plan for 14 days. No card is needed to start. When the trial ends the account moves to the plan you choose; if you choose none, it moves to the Free plan, which has fewer features.

Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period through Lemon Squeezy (our reseller and merchant of record) or Stripe at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. When you pay through Lemon Squeezy, you buy the subscription from Lemon Squeezy, which issues the receipt and handles VAT. Plans do not renew automatically. You pay for each new period yourself, and we send reminders before your paid period ends. If you don't pay for the next period, you keep access until the period you paid for ends, and after a short grace period the account moves to the Free plan. You can also move to the Free plan at any time in the dashboard. This takes effect straight away. Unless the law says otherwise, fees already paid are not refunded.

We may change prices or plans with at least 30 days' notice. The change applies from your next billing period.

3. Guest payments

Card payments from guests are processed by Tap Payments or MyFatoorah. Subscription payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our reseller and merchant of record) or Stripe. These providers have their own terms. MenuHub is not a bank or a payment institution and does not hold your money. Funds go from the payment provider to the restaurant under the restaurant's own agreement with that provider.

Refunds, chargebacks and disputes on guest orders are between the restaurant, the guest and the payment provider. You are responsible for fees the provider charges you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law or use MenuHub for anything unlawful or misleading;
  • upload content that infringes someone else's rights or is offensive or harmful;
  • send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them, or ignore an opt-out;
  • try to access other accounts or data, probe or disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it;
  • resell or share access to the service except as these terms allow.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts others at risk.

5. The restaurant's responsibilities

The restaurant is responsible for the content it publishes through MenuHub and for how it runs its business. In particular:

  • Menu, prices and availability: you must keep dishes, descriptions, photos and prices correct. Automatic translations are a convenience and may contain errors; please check them.
  • Allergens and dietary information: you are solely responsible for the accuracy of allergen, ingredient and dietary labels, and for answering guests' questions about them. MenuHub does not verify them.
  • Taxes and fees: you decide whether prices include tax and which taxes and service charges apply, and you are responsible for charging, reporting and paying them correctly. Receipts generated by MenuHub do not replace your legal obligations.
  • Guest data: you are the controller of your guests' personal data (see the Privacy Policy). You must have a lawful basis to collect it, handle requests from guests, and send marketing messages only to guests who agreed to receive them, honouring STOP requests.
  • Licences: you must hold the licences and approvals your business needs.

6. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep MenuHub available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. There may be maintenance, outages and failures of providers we rely on. The POS keeps recent orders on the device when the internet is down, but you should always have a manual way to take orders and payments.

We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a paid feature in a way that harms you materially, we will give notice.

7. Your content and our rights

You keep ownership of your menus, images, logos and data. You give us a licence to host, copy, display and process them so that we can run the service for you.

MenuHub, its software, design and brand belong to the operator and its licensors. These terms give you only the right to use the service as described here.

8. Liability

The service is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, or for loss caused by third-party providers, by internet or power failures, or by content and decisions of restaurants (including allergen information, prices and taxes).

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to compensate us for claims by third parties, including guests and authorities, that arise from your content, your breach of these terms or your breach of the law.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using MenuHub and cancel at any time from the dashboard or by emailing us. We may suspend or end your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if fees you owe are not paid after we remind you, or if the law requires.

After the account ends you can no longer sign in. We keep or delete data as described in the Privacy Policy. Ask us before closing if you need an export of your menu or customer list.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Please contact us first so we can try to settle a dispute informally. If we cannot, the competent courts of the State of Qatar have jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the dashboard. If you keep using MenuHub after the change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
